especially liz, peter, yien, jean, shah, jaime and avie - thanks for the calls, smses, video conference, and even a very funny birthday song through msn video chat. haha.

and to end it off, my dad thought that my birthday fell on the 5th.

me: daddy, can i eat my cake now?

dad: why do you want to eat your cake now? can't you wait till tmr?

me: huh? why do i have to wait till tmr?

dad: isn't your birthday tmr?

me: argh! WHAT?

that's my dad. and he had this baffled kind of look, and i bet he was wondering if i was trying to play a prank or crack some kinda joke.

oh well.

the Lana Cake was good. yum.
