camel with a simple plan

it's been a while. and i've been on a rollar coaster...

joyce had eyelash extensions last week. she looks like a camel now. i can't stand it. its so pretentious - but its joyce after all.

yesterday was the most exciting day as an intern. i got to attend a preview of SIMPLE PLAN's new album, meet the guys and interview Pierre Bouvier the lead singer and frontman. whoopee!

I was nervous, but thankfully, Pierre was really friendly and excited to talk about the band's new album - made my job so much easier.

their new single is so different from their previously whiny and angsty teenage music (imagine 'Perfect', 'Untitled', 'Welcome to My Life'). now they're moving into maroon 5-ish, green day-ish, nickelback-ish. very very different, more mature, and i think they're going to do really well. All the best ang moh boys!
